The platform presents 18 programs across six fields offered at the center, supporting students in shaping a personalized trajectory toward becoming a SMART Citizen.

To support personalized learning, the feedback mechanism is integrated into the messaging section, enabling regular interaction with instructors and peers. Students are encouraged to exchange feedback, collaborate, and stay engaged on a daily basis. The system tracks well-being and educational performance over the course of two years, with specialists monitoring progress and providing orientation guidance, visiting schools and communities when necessary, and working to unlock each participant’s potential.

COAF also emphasizes a cultural component. The app’s News section keeps participants informed about updates and upcoming events, presenting opportunities to learn about initiatives firsthand.
